Position Highlights

- Structural Heart Growth: Help develop TAVR and TEER programs while building upon an existing Watchman platform

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Compensation: $750,000 guaranteed salary with an 18-month income guarantee
- Million-Dollar Potential: Uncapped RVU model with documented earning potential exceeding $1 million annually
- Sign-On & Student Loan Assistance: $75,000 commencement bonus plus $75,000 in medical education assistance
- Relocation Support: $15,000 relocation package

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO required
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Licensure: Eligible for New Mexico medical licensure
- Clinical Interests: Experience with coronary interventions; device implantation experience preferred
- Growth Mindset: Interest in helping develop and expand Structural Heart services
