Required Skills:
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Valid Medical License and DEA Certification
- ACLS and BLS Certifications
- Proven experience in interventional procedures such as LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty, Balloon Pump, and IVUS
- Strong proficiency with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent patient communication and clinical judgment skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional cardiovascular certifications
- Experience working in both hospital and outpatient settings
- Proficiency in telemedicine consultations
- Prior exposure to complex interventional procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of a cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship
- Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in interventional cardiology
- Successful track record of managing diverse cardiovascular cases and procedures
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to cover up to 40 hours per week, including nights and scheduled STEMI call on specific dates
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call responsibilities
- Credentialing within 90 days; temporary privileges available for qualified applicants
- Travel reimbursements and licensure support provided as applicable
