What Youll Do
Assist in interventional radiology procedures using Siemens systems (Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee)
Prepare and operate imaging equipment across a busy hospital setting
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Assist radiologists with case setup, scrubbing, and intra-operative support
Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to handle a high volume of cases (6065/day)
Float to other IR rooms as needed and support outpatient services
What You Need
Required:
Kansas State license & ARRT Radiography certification (must be current and in hand)
Minimum 2 years of IR and scrub experience in a large hospital setting
Flexibility for floating and on-call, if needed
Preferred:
3+ years of IR experience, including peripheral and neurovascular procedures
Experience with Siemens IR equipment
About the Assignment
Join a fast-paced hospital environment handling high patient volume and complex cases across seven rooms. The unit specializes in all lines for the entire hospital, including outpatient services, with a focus on neuro, neck, and thyroid biopsies. The facility maintains a nicotine-free policy and offers bi-weekly pay, orientation on Mondays and Tuesdays, and a minimum of two cancellations per month with notice.
