A 404-bed tertiary care Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an Interventional Radiographer to join its Vascular Interventional Radiology team.

The role. This position specializes in vascular interventional radiology technology, performing vascular angiographic imaging procedures across a broad range of clinical procedural areas including neurological, thoracic, abdominal, genitourinary and gastrointestinal nonvascular, peripheral, venous access, and miscellaneous interventions. The role demands applied expertise in both interventional and neuro procedures, with a patient population spanning critically through acutely ill adults and geriatric patients. Care and service delivery must reflect an understanding of the functional and developmental age of each individual served.

What we're looking for.

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology or Radiology special procedures preferred
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) required, CV Registered preferred
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • 1 year of experience preferred – can have less if have strong prior imaging experience (focus is interventional and neuro)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

Schedule. Days, four 10-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; hiring manager will determine scheduled days); call required Monday through Friday 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. and Saturday through Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Compensation. $32.50 - $44.00/hr plus $10,000 sign-on bonus
