Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Elgin, IL

Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other staff under pressure
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment and assist with a wide range of interventional radiology procedures under physician direction
• Prepare and position patients for procedures with care and accuracy
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and department protocols, ensuring top-tier infection control
• Monitor patient status and provide critical support throughout diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Document imaging results and complete required records promptly and accurately
• Contribute to the safe operation of all radiology modalities and maintain a clean, organized work area
