University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to lead a well-established radiology group in Easton, Maryland.
This is a unique opportunity for a physician interested in leadership and program development within a collaborative, community-based health system supported by UMMS resources.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Participate in program development and leadership initiatives
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $622,814
- Based on MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks
- Commensurate with experience and training
- Sign-on options (choose one):
- $20,000–$25,000 bonus OR
- $50,000 housing allowance (year one)
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Maryland medical license (or eligibility)
- Mammography experience preferred, not required
- Strong clinical, procedural, and diagnostic skills
- Leadership interest and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
