- Favorable Call Schedule:1-2 weekdays per week (5pm-7am) + 1-2 weekends per month; call shared across team with defined coverage structure

- Partnership Opportunities:Partnership track with equal pay per day model and long-term earning potential up to $750K-$1M+; opportunity to grow within an expanding IR service line
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation:$550,000 base (Year 1) increasing to $600,000 (Year 2) with partnership upside
- Additional Bonus Incentives:Optional wRVU-based compensation for additional reads/shifts (details to be confirmed)
- Sign-On Bonus:$40,000 - $75,000+ sign-on bonus (flexible)

Qualifications:
- Degree:MD or DO
- Certifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Licensure:Eligible for California medical licensure
- Skillset:Broad procedural competency including biopsies, drains, vascular interventions, and general IR procedures; comfort in high-volume environment preferred
- Experience:Open to experienced physicians and 2027-2028 fellows
- Sponsorship:Visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis
