What You’ll Do
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures such as angioplasty, embolization, IVC filter placement/removal, and vascular interventions
  • Assist with genitourinary, neurological, and vascular studies and procedures including angiograms, stent placements, and thrombectomy
  • Set up equipment, prep access sites, and maintain sterile field during procedures
  • Operate fluoroscopy equipment including GE Innova and Siemens systems
  • Maintain necessary supplies, equipment, and documentation in EPIC system
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety during interventions
  • Call schedule participation, including weekly on-call rotation
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid ARRT and BLS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of IR and special procedures experience in a hospital setting
  • Proficiency in fluoroscopy, vascular procedures, and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to perform complex procedures such as angiography, embolization, stent placements, and venous access
  • Excellent sterile technique and infection control knowledge

Preferred:
  • Additional certifications such as ARRT CI & VI
  • Experience with advanced vascular interventions and equipment (GE Innova IGS, Siemens)
  • Past experience in stroke-certified hospitals and with internal/external biliary or nephrostomy procedures
