Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology
- Proven expertise in EVAR (Endovascular Aneurysm Repair)
- Proficiency in Interventional Radiology procedures, including angiography, stent placement, angioplasty, thrombolysis, thrombectomy, and dialysis graft interventions
- Knowledge of neurovascular procedures such as carotid angiography, embolization, vertebroplasty, and discogram
- Experience with abdominal and pelvic procedures like mesenteric angiogram, liver biopsy, gastrostomy tube placement, and TIPS
- Competence in fluoroscopy, C-arm procedures, PACS operation, chest tube placement, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
- Strong technical skills with equipment such as GE Innova IGS and PACS systems
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or Teaching Hospital environment
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or ARRT VI
- Prior experience with advanced vascular or neurointerventional techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT R) and BLS certification required
- Additional certifications like ACLS are highly valued
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a high-volume vascular/interventional setting
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to float across different units within the organization as needed
- Willingness to work day shifts (6:30 AM 5:00 PM) on a 4x10 schedule, with on-call duties (minimum 125 hours/month)
- Valid licensure and certification in Radiologic Technology
