Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in interventional radiology, with proficiency in both peripheral vascular and neurovascular IR procedures
- Ability to scrub and circulate for complex cases such as angiograms, stent placements, embolizations, neuro and vascular interventions
- Certification in BLS and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Strong knowledge of vascular and neurological studies, including angioplasty, nephrostomy, IVC filter placements, and thrombectomies
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with advanced interventional techniques and neurovascular procedures
- Familiarity with Siemens c-arms and other modern IR equipment
- Additional certifications in vascular or neurointerventional procedures
- Prior experience working in a Level 1 trauma, stroke, or emergency setting
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of recent experience in interventional radiology within a hospital or outpatient setting
- Demonstrated ability to handle diverse and high-acuity cases efficiently
Other Requirements
- On-call rotation every 3rd or 4th weekend, including overnight shifts, with compensation and makeup expectations clearly outlined
- Willingness to work daytime shifts, 4 days a week for 10 hours each, starting at 07:00 and ending at 17:30
- Valid licensure, certification, and ability to travel if required
- Commitment to adhering to all safety and patient confidentiality standards
