What You Will Do:
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including angiography for neuro, oncology, and vascular cases, along with biopsies using various modalities.
- Support a flexible schedule with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, primarily day shifts from 08:00 to 16:30.
- Manage a high-volume caseload of 16-20 cases per day, contributing to successful patient outcomes.
- Participate in rotating call duties (1 day per week) and weekend shifts (4-6 per month), with potential to float to the Cath Lab as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all certifications and licensing requirements to deliver safe and effective care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience.
- Current ARRT certification, BLS certification, and valid Louisiana State License (or acceptable temporary LSRT).
- Epic experience is mandatory for seamless integration into our electronic health record system.
- Ability to handle a busy caseload with professionalism and precision.
Nice to Have Skills:
- RCIS certification.
- Experience working with neuro, oncology, and vascular imaging modalities.
- Flexibility to adapt to floating or on-call responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related healthcare field.
- Proven track record of working in high-volume interventional radiology environments.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work ongoing weekends and participate in call rotations.
- Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensure updates as per state and federal regulations.
- Ability to travel for temporary licensing or credentialing support if needed.
