We are seeking an Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures Technologist. As IR/Special Procedures Tech, you will assist with all procedures in the interventional radiology lab including scrubbing, circulating, recording and monitoring patient. Your tasks and responsibilities include: You will evaluate patient's response to Plan of Care, communicate to members of the health care team and implement necessary changes to care. You will record relevant data on patient record to provide an accurate reflection of the patient care received. You will be able to set up and successfully record right and left hear pressures, recognize pressures by waveform, analyze and record values on patient chart. You will participate in rounding and proactively respond to patient needs to improve patient outcomes and positively affect overall patient experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Graduate of an accredited School of Radiology Technology and/or ARRT IR certification and/or RCIS with IR experienceState of Florida professional license or certification and ARRT Interventional Radiology credential Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required New hire/transfer into higher skill level must obtain within 6 months.
