Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000.00 with a year commitment prorated based on hours worked per week. Eligible internal and external candidates only.
Schedule: Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday. The work week will be a mix of 8 or 10 hour shifts, between the hours of 0700 and 1730. Evening, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations. About one call night per week and typically every 4th weekend on call but can vary depending on staffing. One summer and one winter holiday on call.
Position Summary:
The Interventional Vascular Unit (IVU) is currently seeking an Interventional Radiology/Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist for their 3 procedural rooms and 16 bed pre-post unit. Radiologic technologists will specialize in a variety of Interventional Radiology procedures including, but not limited to: vascular, oncology, biopsy and drain placements, diagnostic/interventional neuro and peripheral access procedures. Technologists will be specialized in all procedure areas and perform image acquisition utilizing radiographic technique to provide patient care for the purpose of diagnostic and/or interventional treatment. This team works closely with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, cardiologists, anesthesiologists and neuroradiologists/ neurosurgeons.

Required Qualifications:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS certified) or Graduate of accredited school of Invasive Cardiovascular Technology (RCIS certification is required within two (2) years of date of hire); OR Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) Certified or Graduate of a formal radiologic technologists program with RT (R) (VI or CI certification is required within two (2) years of date of hire); OR Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certified or Graduate of a certified school of Electrophysiology (EP) technology (RCES certification is required within two (2) years of date of hire).
