Interview Blitz Details

We're hosting an Interview Blitz in Auburn and are looking for motivated candidates to join our team!

This is an opportunity to meet with our hiring team, learn more about our company and available positions, and potentially move forward in the hiring process - including the possibility of receiving an offer on-site.

Your interview may include a tour of our production area, giving you an opportunity to see our workplace and learn more about the roles we have available.

Language Skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English through verbal communication, American Sign Language, or adaptive technology.

Preferred Education/Experience

• High school diploma/GED.

ITAR - U.S. Person Status

Due to Skills Inc.'s participation in the defense industry, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. These rules require that only "U.S. persons," as defined by law, can access, view, or share sensitive information or materials related to defense and military technologies. A "U.S. person" is a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or someone admitted as a refugee or asylee.

1st Shift; Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

2nd Shift; Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am

4th Shift; Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm

SALARY DESCRIPTION

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Skills Inc. is a self-supporting social enterprise organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We have three lines of business: Aerospace Manufacturing, Aerospace Finishing, and Business Solutions, which operate in 2 locations. Skills Inc. employs over 250 people, and our social mission is to train, employ, and serve persons with disabilities. We accomplish our mission in three ways: direct hire, vocational programs and services, and serving as a resource to the community.

Salary Range: $18.00-$23.00

• 2nd shift is eligible for a $1.25 shift differential*
• 4th shift is eligible for a shift differential based on 36 hours *

Production Area Safety Requirements

For everyone's safety, all employees and visitors are required to wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes when entering production areas.

Safety glasses are also required in production areas and will be provided on-site.
