Description

• Coordinate and schdeule high-volume onsite and virtual interviews for 100+ candidates a week across multiple teams
• Partner daily with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and candidates to align schedules and keep hiring moving
• Manage interview logistics including travel, conference rooms, and virtual meeting coordination
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes with urgency, accuracy, and professionalism
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and flawless execution

Profile

• 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or high-volume interview scheduling experience
• Experience managing complex calendars with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
• Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being the operational backbone of a busy recruiting team
