Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Life Insurance Medical & Financial Interviewer to conduct telephone interviews with life insurance applicants on behalf of multiple client companies.
The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls, complete structured interviews, gather accurate medical and financial information, and document the information appropriately in the company's systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound telephone calls to life insurance applicants.
Conduct structured interviews with applicants or leave messages requesting a return call.
Gather and document applicants' medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories.
Review information collected during interviews and make necessary edits to ensure accuracy and quality.
Use C4 call management system, Dialer, and Avaya Phone System to make calls and document call activity.
Accurately log call attempts, interview results, orders, and related information.
Learn and follow the specific interview and documentation requirements of each client company.
Respond to clients, staff, and management in a professional and timely manner.
Follow all applicable compliance, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
