TradeWorX is hiring experienced and motivated Residential Insulation Technicians for full-time, first-shift opportunities throughout the Kent, Ohio surrounding area. This is a high-priority opportunity with multiple openings and an ASAP start. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding insulation and air-sealing work in residential environments.

Job Duties
Measure, cut, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and around pipes and ductwork.
Apply insulation using hand tools, power tools, blowers, and spray foam equipment.
Inspect existing insulation for damage, moisture, and air leaks and complete repairs or replacements as needed.
Perform air sealing using caulk, foam, and other approved sealants.
Follow safety procedures while working in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and confined spaces.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, insulation blowers, and spray foam equipment.
Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and elevated work areas.
Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work.
Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has hands-on residential insulation or weatherization experience, understands proper air-sealing practices, can work safely in challenging residential environments, and is dependable for a full-time first-shift schedule.
