What You’ll Do
- Keep stock levels right-sized by monitoring inventory and taking proactive action to prevent shortages or overages.
- Lead routine counts and audits, investigate variances, and reconcile records to ensure accuracy.
- Enhance inventory processes and tools, driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing and logistics to forecast demand and align replenishment plans.
- Produce and interpret inventory reports that inform management decisions.
- Support and train team members on inventory control procedures and SOPs.
- Champion safe, high-quality inventory handling and adherence to company standards.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in inventory control or a closely related function.
- Sharp analytical thinking and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Comfort with inventory software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
