Schedule: On-Site Full Time, First Shift, Monday-Friday (Core Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, flexibility to complete an 8-hour workday)
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Job Description:
Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials, inventory, and production activities to support manufacturing operations and ensure production demands are consistently met.
Serve as a key member of the materials planning team by managing inventory levels, supplier communications, and material availability within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, work orders, and material requirements to support uninterrupted production.
Analyze inventory, labor, and material data, generate reports, and resolve material shortages, past-due orders, and planning issues.
Collaborate daily with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are planned correctly and delivered on time.
Maintain inventory accuracy and requisition materials and supplies necessary to support production demands.
Review and adjust schedules as needed due to material shortages, design changes, or operational disruptions.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of experience in inventory analysis, materials planning, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to accurately document information and analyze manufacturing, labor, and material costs.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or 2-year degree preferred.
Previous experience as a Materials Analyst, Logistics Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, customer focus, and decision-making abilities.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
