Our client, a leading food manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join their team. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain/Inventory Control team supporting warehouse operations, logistics, and third-party distribution partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. 

Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Location: Buffalo, NY 

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

Pay Range: $22–$29/hour

Contract Length: 3 months 
 

What’s the Job?

  • Reconcile finished goods inventory between RPC and 3PL warehouses
  • Post shipments, receipts, and adjustments in SAP
  • Investigate and resolve EDI errors and transaction gaps
  • Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support month-end reconciliation and inventory reporting

 

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field  
  • 1+ year experience in business, customer service, or supply chain
  • SAP experience required (logistics/warehousing preferred)
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
