Inventory Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to join our client's team in Carlsbad, CA. This is an excellent direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to $65,000 annually, along with strong growth potential.

The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data trends, and ensuring accurate stock management across multiple locations. This role plays a critical part in supporting supply chain efficiency by identifying discrepancies, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess or obsolete stock.

Job Duties:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
• Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile variances
• Generate reports and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure efficient inventory flow
• Support demand forecasting and inventory planning efforts
• Identify and reduce excess, obsolete, or shortage inventory
• Utilize ERP systems and Excel to track and manage inventory performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Position Details:

• Onsite role
• Direct hire role
• Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually DOE
• Located in Carlsbad, San Diego
• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
