Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining contact with both internal and external customers. Provide customer with requested information. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal personnel. Ensure that special requirements are executed as requested.

Overall Responsibilities:

As the Inventory Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems. Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor and Cycle Counters. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance regarding inventory issues, prepare and provide the following on a daily and weekly basis: reporting and documentation relevant to inventory and productivity. Other responsibilities may include maintaining inventory integrity and lead consolidation efforts, research variances and discrepancies, liaison between all internal customers as it relates to inventory transactions in several systems, monitor incoming components and as well as Finished Goods outbound components , and conduct variance investigations and complete audit documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent
  • SAP or other VMS experience
  • 2+ Years in a warehouse environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Inventory control documentation which includes creating new, as well as reviewing approved procedures
  • Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment
  • Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality integrity or availability of information assets as per the company's incident reporting process
  • Process personal data, client data and employer business specific data in accordance with customer contracts, company guidelines and federal and state requirements
