Requirements & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics

Hands-on experience with international shipping, freight booking, and HAZMAT

Strong computer skills, including ERP/WMS systems, shipping portals, and Microsoft Office

Prior certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers (preferred)

Ability to lift 40+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift

Experience in training others, resolving inventory discrepancies, or conducting root cause analysis is a plus

Familiarity with FAA regulations, INCOTERMs, ISO standards, 6S, or similar practices is an advantage

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

Inspect, receive, unpack, label, and route incoming materials accurately

Research and resolve shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages

Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances within ERP/WMS systems

Pick, kit, stage, and move materials to support production and distribution needs

Investigate transaction errors and support scrap, quality hold, and disposition activities

Pack and ship domestic and international orders, including HAZMAT materials

Coordinate freight pickups and maintain compliant shipping documentation

Monitor packaging supplies and stay current on shipping and regulatory requirements
