Inventory and Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Title

Generate and maintain inventory reports, provide ad-hoc financial data analysis to leadership, and support associates by handling inquiries and correspondence, while identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and system functionality.

Experience with customer service and handling inquiries Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Duties:

Generate and maintain various inventory reports periodically and as requested Business financial acumen with the ability to provide valuable ad-hoc data analysis to leadership as needed Ability to set priorities and actively develop ways to improve reporting Update and maintain the Company Vehicle Administration website Handle incoming calls and correspondence from Associates Research & resolve associate inquiries Conduct testing and validation of system enhancements and issues Identify and request system improvements Work as part of the team on the development of new special projects
