Responsibilities and Duties:

\n

• \n
• Assist with inventory management
• \n
• Data entry in QuickBooks and Reftab
• \n
• Schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery to hospitals, clinics, and sales representatives
• \n
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• \n
• Assist with packing/ shipping for tradeshows
• \n
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure product availability and order fulfillment
• \n
• Communicate with customers to provide accurate and timely updates on orders and deliveries
• \n
• Generate quotes
• \n

Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or 1-3+ years of related work experience
• \n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• \n
• Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Salesforce preferred
• \n
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
• \n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• \n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• \n
