We're seeking a leader who can bring structure to complexity-someone who ensures the right materials are in the right place at the right time, without tying up unnecessary capital. This role is critical in building a high-performing, scalable warehouse operation while driving forecasting accuracy and demand alignment across the business.

  • Warehouse Growth & Optimization:

Support and scale warehouse operations to meet increasing demand, implementing systems and workflows that improve throughput, space utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Demand Planning & Forecasting:

Partner cross-functionally to anticipate demand trends, align purchasing strategies, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

  • Procurement Strategy:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and reliability while supporting long-term business growth.

  • Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure consistent supply, competitive pricing, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

  • Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, mitigate risk, and drive measurable cost savings.

  • ERP & Systems Utilization:

Leverage ERP platforms to enhance visibility, reporting, and decision-making across inventory and procurement functions.
