Position Summary

Astro Digital is seeking an experienced Inventory & Receiving Specialist to support spacecraft production and integration activities. This role is responsible for material receipt, inventory control, quality inspections, and cleanroom material support in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Inventory & Receiving Specialist works cross‑functionally with procurement, engineering, quality, and integration team roles to ensure accurate material flow, traceability, and production readiness.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store flight and non‑flight hardware
• Execute ERP inventory transactions (Odoo or similar systems)
• Perform picking, kitting, packaging, and assist in parts cleaning for cleanroom introduction
• Maintain accurate inventory records, labeling, barcoding, and documentation
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
• Support Min/Max, Kanban, and replenishment systems
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and intercompany transfers
• Ensure compliance with export control and ITAR/EAR requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in receiving, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Experience with inventory and ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work in and around cleanroom environments while following contamination control procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting aerospace, satellite, or cleanroom-based manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom procedures
• Forklift certification or prior use of electric pallet stackers
• Previous Experience with our ERP System (Odoo)

Work Location

This position will be in-person at our facilities in Littleton and Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Pay Transparency

Astro Digital employees are provided with a comprehensive benefits package that includes company stock options, healthcare, 401k retirement plan, and PTO. The range of possible compensation for this role is $50k-70k annually, depending on candidate experience and alignment.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 Lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be required.
