Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock levels are up-to-date.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
Organize stockroom layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Assist in the preparation of stock for distribution, ensuring timely delivery to various departments.
Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes and improve overall efficiency.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports.
Maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory management and stockroom operations.
Strong attention to detail and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
