Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure a safe and efficient restaurant environment
• Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste
• Coordinate with vendors and team members to support smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Work 35-40 hours / week
• 30-35 hours in store operations
• 5-10 hours of non-operational time.
• Friday’s and Saturday’s fully open
• Two nights a week minimum
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Work on your feet
• Lift 50 lbs
