What You'll Do as an Inventory Associate:- Track and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Accurately update inventory systems and maintain records
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to support operations
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory area
- Support overall inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Inventory Associate Role:- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- High level of reliability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow processes and maintain organized inventory systems
- Basic understanding of inventory control or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle materials and small parts
