SUMMARY: The Inventory Associate performs all duties of an Inventory Clerk and Inventory Assistant and is additionally responsible for generating pick tickets for work orders within the ERP system. This role supports the repair of civil aviation articles in accordance with current technical data, including manufacturers' Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, applicable government and industry standards, and other data approved or accepted by the FAA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Issuing parts via ERP system
• Creating Pick Tickets for various Work Orders in ERP system.
• Maintain Hazardous Chemical Log and SDS sheets.
• Receiving process via ERP system.
• Building kits when needed.
• Pulling parts dictated by pull sheets.
• Storing and maintaining orderly parts bins.
• Periodic inventory counts.
• Assisting with part outs upon request.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as required.
• Exhibits ability to read, write and interpret English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Works well within a team.
• Able to work at a fast and accurate pace.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Demonstrated track record of dependability and accountability.
• Maintain a positive attitude, show resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven record of reliable performance and consistent attendance.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong computer operating skills.
• Experience with Pentagon.
• Knowledge of aviation accessories and materials.
• Experience in cycle counting and inventory control.

OTHER:
• The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
