Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or mobile warehouse devices.
• Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, order picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners, RF devices, and computer workstations.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or distribution center operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, kit, transform, and dispatch products using handheld scanners and warehouse computer systems.
• Move materials and inventory from receiving, production, and storage areas to designated locations.
• Receive, store, distribute, and organize products and materials within the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders and prepare products for shipping and distribution.
• Sort and place inventory on racks, shelves, and storage locations according to product codes, size, type, or other specifications.
• Open and process incoming containers, crates, cartons, and shipments.
• Operate handheld scanners, warehouse technology, and manual tools to support inventory management.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry as required.
• Support warehouse housekeeping by sweeping floors, cleaning dock areas, and maintaining an organized work environment.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
• Perform other warehouse, logistics, and inventory-related duties as assigned.
