    • Shift:A Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM PST – 3:30 PM PST)

    Job Description

    The Inventory Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products and materials. This role requires accurate inventory management, safe operation of powered industrial trucks, and maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment to meet daily operational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, unload, process, and systematically document incoming shipments and carrier deliveries.

    • Perform routine cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and maintain precise records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

    • Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or component shortages.

    • Pick, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders and kits for shipping.

    • Safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

    • Conduct receiving inspections and quality checks while strictly adhering to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations experience, with specialized exposure to receiving and inventory control functions.

    • Previous certified forklift experience and foundational knowledge of PIT operations.

    • Ability to derive operational inventory requirements from Bills of Material (BOM).

    • Strong analytical, communication, and basic mathematical skills to identify problems and organize relevant inventory data.

    • Physical capability to stand for long intervals, work extended schedules, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior warehouse, receiving, or inventory management experience within the aerospace or automotive industries.
