Inventory Associate

About the Job: In this role, you will perform essential warehouse and fulfillment operations, including receiving, storing, handling, and shipping critical materials and products. You will execute physical inventory audits and cycle counts, maintain precise records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and resolve inventory discrepancies. Operating powered industrial equipment safely, you will pick, pack, and stage materials while maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.

Shift Details & Schedule

• Shift: B Shift | Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM PST

• Hours / Overtime: Minimum 45–50 hours/week required (Opportunity for up to 55 hours/week)

What We’re Looking For Education & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Fulfillment Center Operations, warehouse receiving, and inventory functions.

• Hands-on experience with inventory counting, receiving, kitting/picking, put-away, packing, and shipping.

• Proven experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers.

• Willingness and capability to work consistent overtime (45–55 hours per week).

Must-Have Skills

• Equipment Operation: Prior certified forklift and PIT equipment experience (forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, electronic pallet jacks).

• Inventory & WMS Management: Expertise in cycle counts, physical inventory audits, data entry within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and deriving requirements from Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Receiving, Shipping & Kitting: Ability to unload shipments, perform receiving inspections, identify damages/shortages, and pack/stage outgoing orders accurately.

• Physical & Safety Adherence: Ability to regularly lift/carry 50 lbs., work on your feet, and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and PPE guidelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

• Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience within the aerospace or automotive industry.
