Semm Kipling LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team in Littleton, CO! Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory records using tracking systems
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock shortages
• Assist with stocking, labeling, and organizing warehouse or storage areas
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure proper stock levels
• Support shipping and receiving processes as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to operate inventory management software or willingness to learn
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving stock
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers or handheld scanners
