Position and Company Summary:
We are seeking an IT Business Support Analyst to provide technical and operational support for the Inventory Automation platform (Carma) and related applications. This role ensures system reliability and user satisfaction across departments.
Collaborate with IT, SE&D, Ops, vendor and other business teams to support the Carma application with issues related to data migration, enhancements/releases and site activations. Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Assist in user training and onboarding.
Qualifications: Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and customer service orientation. Familiarity with Servicenow ticketing systems. Data Center experience is a plus.
Intake Notes:
Day2 Day:
- Managing tickets related to system inteegration issues, life cycle to develpment related.
- Assist with data migration from legacy to go forward systems.
Key focus areas:
- Managing ServiceNow tickets tied to system integration and lifecycle/development issues
- Supporting data migration and platform consolidation efforts
- Collaborating across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams
- Monitoring system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements
- Providing support beyond a traditional helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving)

Complementary Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems

- Location: 100% remote (EST, CST, or Mountain preferred)
- Duration: Approx. 12 months with strong potential for extension and/or conversion
