Position SummaryDetail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk needed to maintain accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced, 24/7 warehouse environment. Responsibilities include organizing, cycling counts, reconciliation, and ensuring accurate product movement. Forklift operation and collaboration with internal teams are required.Pay & SchedulePay Rate: $24.50/hour + $0.75/hour shift differentialSchedule: 2nd A (Sun - Thur) 2 pm to 10:30 pm - 1 openingMay work holidays and other shifts as neededKey ResponsibilitiesOrganize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciling inventory for inbound and outbound items.Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.Investigate recurring inventory issues to determine root causes and prevent future problems.Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (on-hand, on-order, damaged).Operate a stand-up forklift to support inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks.Collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.Tackle additional duties as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with AS400, Korber, Blue Yonder, or other WMS preferred.Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.Forklift certification with experience operating a stand-up forklift.Reliable and dependable.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive hourly compensation and shift differential.Rapid paid hours: ability to receive hours worked paid before regular payday.Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, PTO, and more.Open-door work environment and high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementCJ Logistics is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
