Position: Inventory Clerk 2nd Shift

Scheduled: Monday-Friday 4:30PM - until end of production (Schedule will be discussed during NHO.)

Wage: $21.67 p/h

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing cycle counts, random audits and reconciliations

• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner

• Research and reconcile product discrepancies/variances of over/under amounts and damaged product

• Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory

• Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor

• Completes all other duties as assigned by Supervisor

• Have the ability to operate the following pieces of equipment

• Reach Truck Operator

• Double Pallet Jack

• Cherry Picker

• Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and arms to reach

• Regularly lift and/or move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Qualifications:

• 2 years of general office experience required

• 1 year of customer service experience required

• No prior general warehouse experience required, but strongly preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required

• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required

• Flexible to work overtime preferred

• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

• AS400 experience preferred

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
