What You'll Do Assist with internal inventory accuracy measures Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers Stock materials and conduct accurate inventory control reviews Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by following safety rules and regulations at all times including proper wearing of company PPE Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs Operate mobile equipment such as Forklifts, overhead cranes, etc Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers Assist in scanning/ loading trucks and rail when assistance is needed. Coordinate the loading of trucks and railcars Unloading and loading of trucks and/or railcars with overhead cranes What You'll Need Minimum 2 years of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment Inventory experience preferred Basic computer skills required (outlook, excel, word, etc) Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication Bilingual Spanish required Exceptional customer service skills required Ability to operate a forklift Ability to position and climb ladders to access elevated stock locations Ability to stand for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shift Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions to include working in the heat and cold weather SAP experience a plus Your Education High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
