Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management processes.
- Prepare and process inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in inventory handling.
- Assist with the organization and cleanliness of the inventory storage area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
