Inventory Clerk
Full-Time Position

$50,000.00 Starting Salary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support inventory accuracy in our food manufacturing facility. This position combines inventory counting, data entry, and record keeping to help ensure materials, ingredients, packaging, and labels are accurately tracked.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments, and has strong attention to detail. Previous inventory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
  1. Count and verify inventory of ingredients, packaging, labels, and other materials
  2. Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
  3. Enter inventory information into company systems and spreadsheets
  4. Report inventory discrepancies and assist with investigations
  5. Maintain accurate inventory records
  6. Assist with receiving paperwork and inventory-related documentation
  7. Help keep inventory and warehouse areas organized
  8. Work with warehouse, production, and office staff to maintain inventory accuracy
Qualifications
  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  2. Basic math and counting skills
  3. Advanced EXCEL
  4. Comfortable using a computer for data entry and record keeping
  5. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
  6. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  7. Manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience is a plus
  8. Bilingual candidates preferred
