A busy manufacturing and distribution operation in the Fresno area is seeking a detail-focused Inventory Control Clerk with strong math, computer, and warehouse experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records in the system
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts
- Compare physical inventory to system quantities and report discrepancies
- Organize, label, and track materials and supplies
- Assist with general inventory control and warehouse organization
- Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate inventory levels
Qualifications
- 12 years of inventory control or inventory clerk experience
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory tracking
- Strong math and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- Pay: $16.90 $18.50 per hour
- Status: Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- Pre-employment: Drug screen and basic background required
