Minimum 6 months forklift experience required (1+ year warehouse experience preferred) Comfortable working with computers Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate cycle counts Comfortable using basic computer systems and warehouse documentation tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and professional workplace behavior Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible shifts Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment
Key Responsibilities: Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock issues Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials to support warehouse flow Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift required) safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility Maintain accurate warehouse documentation (pick sheets, BOLs, returns, etc.) Support automated packing systems and production flow as needed Assist supervisor with daily inventory and logistics needs Follow all safety procedures and performance standards
