 Pay Rate: $16.90 - $19.65

Job Description:

• Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including accurate data entry of work orders, labor hours, and parts usage.
• Upload and verify completed shipments and production loads, ensuring accurate transactions within SAP.
• Establish, maintain, and update Preventive Maintenance (PM) Bills of Material (BOMs) to support scheduled maintenance activities.
• Generate maintenance, inventory, and preventive maintenance planning reports.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue inventory items in accordance with established procedures.
• Research, source, and expedite parts and materials to support maintenance and operational requirements.
• Create purchase requisitions and coordinate repair part shipments to vendors, including obtaining return authorizations and preparing materials for shipment.
• Verify incoming inventory against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Label and identify inventory items according to established storeroom standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding the receipt and availability of non-stock and special-order items.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy and asset control.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Unload incoming deliveries and freight as required.
• Maintain the storeroom, warehouse, and receiving areas in a clean, organized, safe, and audit-ready condition.
• Perform routine warehouse activities, including stocking, staging, issuing, inventory organization, and housekeeping.
• Assist maintenance supervisors, planners, and lead personnel with inventory, purchasing, and maintenance-related projects.
• Serve as a backup to the Inventory Clerk II and provide support during absences, vacations, and peak workload periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• One (1) - two (2) years experience in inventory control, preferably in a maintenance environment.
• One (1) - two (2) years of extensive computer experience required.
• Purchasing knowledge highly beneficial.
• Possess good phone, communication, and organizational skills.
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge.
• Must be able to read, write legibly, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work off a ladder.
• Must possess a valid California Drivers License and provide proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be able to function in a fast paced environment and be capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
