Job Description:
This role supports inventory control, order processing, and warehouse operations.
The candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, resolve system discrepancies, and support distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit inventory in SAP, Manhattan, and ADMS systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Process rejected, expired, and quarantined materials
- Manage customer order queue and release deliveries
- Support distribution and receiving operations
- Monitor system error logs and report key metrics
- Assist with employee training and process support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Knowledge of SAP / Manhattan / ADMS preferred
- Basic Excel, MS Office, and computer skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cold storage/freezer environment
- Overtime may be required
