Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.YOUR MISSIONAs an Inventory Clerk at True Anomaly, you will be a key contributor to executing our Supply Chain strategy. This role will support the team in planning of procurement, inspection, and production tasks for goods and services necessary to deliver flight hardware to orbit. This role will also support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of production and material related processes and act as an advocate across the business. This role will require someone who wants to dig in, design the processes, and own material and service requirements through delivery. We are looking for a reliable problem solver, someone who can demonstrate the ability to identify issues and develop scalable solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESAccurately pick aerospace parts and components from inventory locations based on sales order specifications and pick listsVerify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions against order requirements to prevent errorsUtilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems to track inventory and order statusOperate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts - if applicable, specify training requirements) safely and efficiently to retrieve and move materialsConduct visual inspections of components for damage or defects during the picking process and report any discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the picking area.Collaborate with the packaging and shipping teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely order fulfillmentAdhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and aerospace industry regulationsAssist with inventory counts and cycle counting as neededMay assist with other shipping department duties, such as packing or labeling, when requiredQUALIFICATIONSRequires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical educationExperience in the aerospace or similar highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plusStrong attention to detail and accuracy is essentialAbility to read and interpret sales orders, part numbers, and product specificationsBasic computer proficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management softwareAbility to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periodsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse settingPrevious experience with aerospace components or high-value, sensitive materialsCOMPENSATIONBase Salary: $20- $26 per hourEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSWork Location — this is a fully onsite position based out of our Long Beach, CA office.Work environment — the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.Physical demands — the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
