Job Title: Clerk II - Inventory Clerk
Temp to perm position: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Location: Malden, MA

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting internal customers, processing orders, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. This role is vital in ensuring that our inventory management processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
To perform the Inventory Clerk job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform stock checks and cycle counts. Complete year-end inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.

Customer/Internal Support: Identify, locate, and provide parts to technicians or customers efficiently and accurately.

Ordering Procurement: Place orders with vendors, track shipments, and process special orders for parts and equipment.

Data Entry Reporting: Utilize D365 Power BI Reports to view and update safety stocks and pricing.

Shipping & Receiving: Serve as the backup for primary Shipping and Receiving duties, which includes processing incoming inventory and preparing outgoing shipments or returns.

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational needs.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working with coffee, tea, and beverage equipment or in a related field preferred.
Qualifications/Skills
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Positive customer service attitude and a team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft platforms (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams).
Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or ERP systems preferred.
Forklift experience is recommended; training will be provided.
Reliable, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Comfortable working with technology and inventory management systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
