We Are Hiring:

Location: Middleburg, FL

Facility: Ascension St. Vincent's Clay Hospital

Department: Materials Management

Schedule: Day | Full-time | Monday - Friday | 6am - 2:30pm

What You Will Do:
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels across assigned areas to ensure clinicians have timely access to critical supplies and equipment.
  • Order, stock, and transport materials efficiently to support uninterrupted patient care and daily hospital operations.
  • Track inventory accurately and resolve supply issues proactively to minimize delays, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain product quality and reduce expiration loss by following inventory rotation standards and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical teams, vendors, and hospital departments by providing responsive, professional customer service and support.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
  • Prior experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
