We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage our stock levels and ensure our warehouse operations run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, counting physical stock, and organizing our storage areas.
Key Responsibilities
Track Stock: Count available products, record data, and update inventory management systems.
Handle Shipments: Receive incoming deliveries, inspect items for damage, and cross-check quantities against purchase orders.
Manage Reorders: Monitor stock levels and flag items that need replenishment to prevent shortages.
Resolve Discrepancies: Report missing, lost, or damaged goods and help investigate the cause.
Organize Storage: Keep stockrooms, shelves, and warehouse floors neat, safe, and clearly labeled
Skills and Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or shipping/receiving role is preferred
Skills: Strong basic math skills and familiarity with computers (Excel or inventory software).
Attributes: High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Language: English/Spanish preferred
