Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support inventory accuracy, material tracking, and warehouse operations. This role requires strong computer skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records, process transactions, and assist with receiving and organizing materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in computer-based inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Enter, update, and maintain inventory records within company systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Track inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments.
• Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with organizing and stocking inventory in designated locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Load and unload deliveries as needed using warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company quality standards and inventory control procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inventory, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and data entry experience required.
• Experience using inventory management software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment.
• Must meet ATF firearm possession requirements.
